Portrait of a Lady on Fire

On an isolated island in Brittany in the late eighteenth century, a female painter is hired to create a wedding portrait of a young woman who resists the marriage. As they spend time together, their guarded relationship develops into an intimate connection shaped by art, freedom, and social expectations.
